The role will be to inspire, write, publish and create content, images and collateral to aid in the development of the sales and catering teams.  This role will work directly with the VP of Sales and Team members of the Meeting and Group Sales Department, the position will liaison with the Marketing and Public Relations Department for methods of corporate standardization and policy.


  • Strong writing and communication skills a must.
  • Knowledge of Social Media Platforms utilized by Hard Rock Atlantic City
  • Good command of language
  • Knowledge of the Meeting and Events Industry
  • Works diligently to deliver amplified service to all guests and fellow employees.
  • Will learn the organizational structure and culture of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City by familiarizing themselves with the operational procedures of the department they are assigned to and linking the structural aspects of the departments with daily operations.
  • Must have basic computer skills, the ability to use standard office equipment, and have effective written and oral communication skills to deliver excellent customer service to guests and co-workers.
  • Conduct research, make calls and send emails, update records, attend meetings, and help maintain client relationships.
  • Work closely with the sales team enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations. Develop and deliver marketing and communications strategies for the organization.
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies – including campaigns, events, social media, digital marketing, and public relations.
  • Stays up-to-date with knowledge regarding all events and promotions taking place on property.


  • Must be currently enrolled at a college or university or graduated within the past 6 months
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must have a keen view of the external environment including: general trends impacting the business, competitive assessments, and an understanding of both consumers and customers.
  • Knowledge of social media & networking platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), Microsoft Office, and Photoshop preferred.
