Overview

Under the direction of the Front Desk Manager, the incumbent is responsible for various guest services duties.

Responsibilities

 

  • Greets both arriving and departing guests in a positive, upbeat manner.
  • Provides guests with general information such as directions, promotional information, valet information, etc.
  • Assists guest with luggage upon arrival and departure.
  • Promotes positive guest/employee relations.
  • Other assignments as directed.

Qualifications

  • The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
  • Must be able to pull 100lb cart.
