Overview

Prepare beverages for cocktail servers and patrons in a quick and accurate manner.

Responsibilities

  • Set-up / Replenish bar station with polished glassware
  • Set-up / Replenish bar station with ice, dry goods, paper products, juices, cut fruits, and garnishes for service
  • Prepare and serve beverage orders for cocktail servers in a
  • Prepare quality cocktails, beer, and wine according to the Hard Rock beverage standards and / or recipes to all servers
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift
  • Notify management of maintenance repair issues
  • Complete any additional reasonable requests by management

Qualifications

  • Minimum six (6) months of related experience required
  • Able to work a varied work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Adheres to state liquor laws and beverage control procedures that pertain to serving and handling.
