Under the direction of the Vice President – Food & Beverage, the incumbent plans and directs the overall Beverage operation, including all related management functions to ensure a positive guest experience. Primarily responsible to ensure consistency of service through the implementation of policy and procedure, training, certification, recognition, and discipline of all Beverage Team Members and management.

Requires a BS/BA degree in related field, and at least seven (7) years of related supervisory experience, preferably in a high volume, upscale casino, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
