Under the direction of the Entertainment Operations Manager, the incumbent is responsible for greeting all guests for any events.
Responsibilities
Continually exceed guest expectations for service and satisfaction in all areas of the event experience
Have a thorough knowledge of all seat locations, concessions, restrooms, Merchandising, and all other pertinent areas within HRL
Greet guests and scan tickets and / or escorts guests to their proper assigned seats
Acknowledges all guest related issues and reports to Supervisor
Maintains a clean, safe, & healthy work environment while enforcing all of HRL policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned.
Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values.
Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
Employee must stand during entire shift
Occasionally must walk on stairs

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred along with 1 year of customer service experience.
