Under the direction of the Executive Chef, the incumbent is fully responsible for the daily preparation of the pastries, cakes and other desserts.

Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
High school diploma or GED as well as Culinary Arts degree preferred with six (6) to ten (10) years of food production and culinary management experience preferred.
The working conditions are those typically found in an indoor, climate controlled environment. Will be exposed to casino related factors including but not limited to second hand smoke, excessive noise, large crowds and stress related to servicing guests in a high pressure and fast paced environment. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, and depth perception.
