The role of Front Office Manager at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is to Amplify the level of Front Office Operations’ service and elevate the guest experience. The incumbent will perform all related management functions and will ensure a positive guest and team member experience. Front Office will service a range of clientele, all of which are expected to be treated with first-class service in all aspects.
Under the direction of Director of Hotel Operations, the Front Office Manager will oversee and direct VIP Manager, Assistant Front Office Managers, VIP Agents, Front Desk Agents, Rooms Controllers, and Concierge, along with Pool and Beach Staff.
