  • Overview

    Initiates/Maintains relationships with targeted customers through personal contact in order to generate incremental gaming revenues.


    • Achieves quotas provided by management for room goals, new card sign-ups, events, entertainment, etc…
    • Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Hard Rock AC/departmental policies and procedures.
    • Effectively handles customer complaints and discrepancies in an efficient and courteous manner.
    • Greets guests in the casino and participates in social events and special promotions.
    • Issues Player’s Club cards and promotes the program and related promotions.
    • Keeps informed of competitive promotions.
    • Maintains relationships and markets our gaming product and amenities to valued guests.
    • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all electronic gaming machines, player tracking systems, promotions, events, entertainment and general property information.
    • Must have excellent communication skills, tact and judgment, high moral integrity and strong work ethic.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    • Provides special services to include food, beverage, transportation, cross-property events and Player’s Club programs.
    • Responsible for telemarketing to active and inactive customers by mail and phone to further develop brand loyalty and visitation to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and reports the results of these efforts.
    • Safeguards the confidential nature of all departmental and company records.
    • Tracks guest’s visits, arranges accommodations and provides complimentaries according to established guidelines.
    • Updates guest history for future visits.



    High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of high end guest service experience required or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Basic computer skills required, along with the ability to type at least 25 words per minute. Must currently hold or be able to obtain a NJ Casino Employee Registration license through the NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement.
