  • Overview

    Produce and prepare foods in a timely fashion.  Follow chefs or supervisor’s direction in both quantity and quality of recipe.

    Responsibilities

    1. Label and date all products produced.
    2. Ensure proper rotation.
    3. Work within all ACHD guidelines.
    4. Follow direction of the chef.
    5. Ensure timeliness of production.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum six (6) months of related experience required.
    • Able to work a varied work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
    • Be flexible and adaptable to change.
