  • Overview

    Under the direction of the Hotel Accounting Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for reviewing, reconciling and auditing daily paperwork.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the auditing of daily work for rooms, food & beverage and retail in compliance with established policies and procedures
    • Prepares statistical reports for internal use.
    • Performs other duties as assigned by the Hotel Accounting Supervisor.
    • Responsible for performing the following audits:
    • Non-gaming revenue cash deposits, including cashier over/shorts
    • Front desk settlements
    • Food & beverage and retail outlet settlements
    • Third party vendor complimentaries
    • Self & valet parking
    • Performs all other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED is required.
    • Prior experience in hotel accounting or auditing preferred.

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills a must.
    • Knowledge of personal computers and computer systems including LMS and InfoGenesis preferred.
    • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required. 
    • Must currently hold or be able to obtain a NJ Casino Employee Registration license through the NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement.
