  • Overview

    The incumbent in this position is responsible for assisting the store manager in maintaining a positive environment which provides, fast, efficient, and friendly service ensuring a total quality experience for both our customers and team members. 


    • Assists in training customer service, product knowledge and education.
    • Encouraging safe work practices, and a demonstrated commitment to our guiding principles and house rules.
    • Directly supervises and acts as the manager on duty in the absence of store manager.
    • Responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management.
    • Ensure employees have appropriate and realistic job goals.
    • Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees.
    • Monitoring and appraising job results.
    • Implementing and enforcing systems, policies and procedures.
    • Completes operations by developing schedules.
    • Assigning and monitoring work.
    • Gathering results and implementing productivity standards.
    • Resolving operations problems
    • Maintaining reference manuals
    • Implementing new procedures
    • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
    • Provide quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


    • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in supervising others in gas, car wash, retail / convenience store or restaurant management.
