The incumbent in this position is responsible for assisting the store manager in maintaining a positive environment which provides, fast, efficient, and friendly service ensuring a total quality experience for both our customers and team members.
Assists in training customer service, product knowledge and education.
Encouraging safe work practices, and a demonstrated commitment to our guiding principles and house rules.
Directly supervises and acts as the manager on duty in the absence of store manager.
Responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management.
Ensure employees have appropriate and realistic job goals.

Monitoring and appraising job results.

Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in supervising others in gas, car wash, retail / convenience store or restaurant management.
