  • Overview

    Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the IRD area, including all tables and trays.  Restocks the In- room dining area and side stations with tableware, flatware, utensils, condiments and linen. Always maintain adequate supplies in the side station when the venue is open. 


    • Complete opening and closing side duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.
    • Stock ice and paper supplies
    • Monitor cleanliness of guest floor corridors and clears floor of all table and trays
    • Retrieve tables/ trays from guest floor corridors always taking guest safety into account
    • Breakdown all dirty trays & carts (organized by trash, china, glass and silverware)
    • Maintain par stocks of food (condiments etc.), china, glassware and silverware in the BOH on daily basis
    • Restock refrigerators & freezers in work area daily
    • Complete weekly clean schedule of IRD equipment
    • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift. Practicing clean as you go
    • Notify management of any maintenance repair issues
    • Complete any additional reasonable requests by management
    • Check with supervisor before leaving at end of shift 

    Physical Tasks

    • Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print).
    • Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift.
    • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
    • Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
    • Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
    • Move up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
    • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.



    • Minimum six (6) months of related experience preferred
    • Able to work a varied work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Must have excellent communication skills.




    Work Environment:


    • Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a restaurant in a fast-paced environment, with constant exposure to public and excessive noise. Also, there may be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.
    • Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.
