Overview

Maintain and refresh the banquet meeting rooms according to the contract standards.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding your banquet event order so you can set up and breakdown each event safely and efficiently.
  • Efficient undertaking post function duties – floors, tables, buffet stations, etc. the banquet house person duties include ensuring banquet space is quickly flipped and all area are set for the next guest/ function.
  • Keep track of event supplies, equipment and carefully store furnishings when not in use, promptly reporting repair and maintenance needs.
  • Complete any additional reasonable requests by management
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 100 pounds without assistance.
  •  

Qualifications

  • Minimum six (6) months of related experience required.

 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to work a varied work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to change.
