Efficient undertaking post function duties – floors, tables, buffet stations, etc. the banquet house person duties include ensuring banquet space is quickly flipped and all area are set for the next guest/ function.
Keep track of event supplies, equipment and carefully store furnishings when not in use, promptly reporting repair and maintenance needs.
Complete any additional reasonable requests by management
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 100 pounds without assistance.
Minimum six (6) months of related experience required.
Able to work a varied work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
