Overview

Under the direction of the Entertainment Operations Manager, the incumbent is responsible for greeting all guests for any events.

Responsibilities

  • Continually exceed guest expectations for service and satisfaction in all areas of the event experience
  • Have a thorough knowledge of all seat locations, concessions, restrooms, Merchandising, and all other pertinent areas within HRL
  • Greet guests and scan tickets and / or escorts guests to their proper assigned seats
  • Acknowledges all guest related issues and reports to Supervisor
  • Maintains a clean, safe, & healthy work environment while enforcing all of HRL policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred along with 1 year of customer service experience.
